  29. Only discovered this recently myself:

  31. if you use addmem (or romtag, I suppose: haven't actually tried) then you
  32. get more chip memory free the second and subsequent times you boot the
  33. machine. this is better than setxa. so use addmem, turn the machine on,
  34. reboot it at once, and (with my setup) you have 300k more chip memory free
  35. than you would using setxa.

  37. I've heard the ram is autoconfig if you have kickstart 3.1

  39. even with addmem, RAD: seems to use chip memory rather than fast memory
  40. (and so does kick13). will these use fastram if I get kickstart 3.1, does
  41. anyone know?
